Here are a couple of links to the mud-stove projects in Africa. Regarding
the last link about the rocketstove boiler, make sure you get to the last
page to see the photo, cause the diagrams aren't so clear.

Subject: [Cob] lorena stove

I live in a tiny house and don't want to cook inside in the summer (or even
in the winter!). My solution is to make an outdoor kitchen. I've looked at
cob ovens and am also interested in a lorena stove. There's plenty of
literature out there on the ovens, but not so much on Lorena stoves. Does
anyone here have experience with building these? I want it all outside and
wonder how much cover - if any - I need to give it. I'd also appreciate any
general guidelines for designing an out door kitchen.
Thanks,
Ramona
