What's a subdivision?  My strawbale in-fill house is in the middle of a
small town, on the same street as a bunch of conventional buildings.
Building restrictions included regulations regarding the size of the
structure per square meters of lot size, easements, designated parking on
the lot and use of stone on the exterior.
