Cob: Political / Off topic postings

Just for the record, messages such as the recent political postings, and
for that matter, any message which doesn't have some direct relationship 
to construction with cob or closely related techniques, generally do not
belong on this list.  If you are unsure whether or not your posting is
appropriate, first read the list posting policies which can be reached
through a link on the coblist home page at:

    http://www.deatech.com/natural/coblist/

and if you are still unsure, please email me privately for a final ruling
on the topic.  If you prefer a list which has much more lattitude on what
can be posted, there are plenty of them out there where the topic seems to
be anything and everything, resulting in a severely clogged email box
after just one day.  This is not that type of list.
