Pat, re: min. Slope for septic drain tile.  

Same for all drains.  Shoot for 1/4" per foot, but 1/8" works great (but
impossible to achieve accurately because the pipe is usually too flexible,
so that is why you shoot for 1/4" - that works, but more than that will
hang up solids in the line)  Plumbing 101.
