[Cob] Lime supply question for Oregon (USA) natural buildersAnna Young avjyoung at shaw.caSat Aug 15 19:59:11 CDT 2020
Here in Victoria BC, we got our lime for plastering from a farm supply store. Think some building suppliers may carry it also, just have to be clear with them you are looking for "lime for plastering" (quicklime?) not agricultural lime. Good luck, Anna Cob/bale timberframe, Victoria BC -----Original Message----- From: Coblist <coblist-bounces at deatech.com> On Behalf Of Moore, Randall Sent: August 15, 2020 12:10 AM To: coblist at deatech.com Subject: [Cob] Lime supply question for Oregon (USA) natural builders Greetings all, I hope everyone is doing well and (especially) staying safe in these very very strange times. I have a softball lob of a question for you natural builders in Oregon- from where do you acquire Natural Hydraulic Lime for your lime renders? I need to find some NHL 3.5, but I can't find any Oregon sources on the interwebs and I'd really like to avoid having it sent all the way across the country if possible. I also just discovered that one can get a 55-lb. bag from Amazon of all places, but I'd REALLY like to avoid that. Thanks in advance for the input, Randy _______________________________________________ Coblist mailing list Coblist at deatech.com http://www.deatech.com/mailman/listinfo/coblist
