[Cob] suggestion about submitting questions to coblist

Hi everyone,

Just a suggestion for when someone hits "reply" to send a question or reply
to the coblist.  Edit out all submissions that don't apply to your question
or that you aren't responding to.  That way one doesn't have to scroll all
the way down through everything to get to the new questions/submissions.
No offense intended, just have noticed this a lot lately.
