[Cob] Mortar recipe

Jim, I used the recipe from The Hand-Sculpted House by Evans, Smith  
and Smiley: 9 parts sand, 2 parts Portland cement, and 1 part hydrated  
lime, with enough water (between 2 and 3 parts) to make a thick  
consistency.
