[Cob] Structural Engineering Questions

Hi everyone,
 
My Structural Engineer is now on coblist and has asked for some info. Here
is what he sent me. If you know the answers or someone who might have the
answers, please let me know.

All of these websites give general information. I need some sort of guide on
how these things are built. From the ground up. I cant find it on the
internet. 
 
I am putting a lot of time into this and not getting anywhere. I do have a
lot of work right now so any thing you can do would help things out a lot. 
 
Things I need to know.
 
1. How does the wood roof attach to the bag wall.
2. how is the barbed wire installed between the courses of bag.
3. does the bag have to bear on concrete foundation. Most of the info I have
found shows a concrete foundation under the walls.
4. Any engineering data on the system would be helpful. Bearing capacity of
the walls, Lateral capacity of the walls, etc.
