[Cob] [organic_architecture] Kerrville Natural Building Colloquium writeup

Hi Cary,

At this point we are not planning another NBCTX for 2008.  There have 
been a continuing series of workdays to complete the buildings 
started at the October Colloquium, and this weekend the buildings 
will be dedicated (as part of the final weekend of the Kerrville Folk 
Festival).   All NBCTX participants are invited to attend (wear your 
Tshirt!).

There are other such gatherings occurring elsewhere, such as the 
annual NBC East in Bath, NY.
