[Cob] land in Nova Scotia, land in New Brunswick

At the risk of being very nosy (feel free to tell me
to bug-off)if you already have a place in New
Brunswick, is there some reason why you're not going
to build cob there?

Wife and I have land in New Brunswick and dream of one
day building a cob house there, and just wanted to
know if there were legal or code reasons why you
aren't building in New Bruswick.
