Soy-based polyurethane.  Haven't read far enought to see what the blowing 
agents are.

They do use it for SIPS.  And SIPS roofs might well be a decent use for the 
panels, if you are not going to go for round wood, all natural.  The latter 
takes longer, might look better--or worse.
