[Cob] Re: ground sleeping at Workshopfrancine fran2000a1 at yahoo.comThu Apr 7 23:05:52 CDT 2005
Well, you took the words right out of my mouth. I wasn't gonna mention the outhouse thing in the middle of the night. But osteopenia and arthritis make a comfortable bed and a very close private bathroom a necessity. I miss the time when I wouldn't have given it a second thought tho - in earlier years I slept on the ground and in a sleeping bag plenty of times. The last time I visited an outhouse in the middle of the night I was 17. In all fairness, I have to say the fellow that responded to my email inquiry is very nice and wants to know what I need so that I can attend. He's gone out of his way to try and help, Really hate to tell him that I cannot. So anyone wanting to go to this workshop in TN should know that if you are disabled or have any special needs, they seem to be willing to try and do what they can to help. I understand from what I read on the web that the instructors from Kleiwerks are very good. --- dirtcheapbuilder-Charmaine Taylor <tms at northcoast.com> wrote: > > > > Peeing at night was a whole nother adventure...
