[Cob] Looking for cobbers in SE Idaho

Been lurking for years.  Looking for any cobbers or ANY other "green"
builders in the SE corner of Idaho... (i.e. papercrete, adobe, fidobe,
strawbale, earthship, etc.).  Want to know your experiences with building
officials, etc.
