Cob: cork flooring

I am speculating here, but I would suspect that the flooring is much denser. 
The cork wall tiles will flake off if you rub them hard. They would never 
stand up to foot traffic.

and the  cork tiles that we can buy at our local Wal Mart to put on walls.
