Cob: earth floorsMatthew HALL(SED) M.Hall at shu.ac.ukFri Nov 2 02:45:21 CST 2001
Has anyone tried using a high clay content mud floor and, following the curing cycle, treating the surface with a 5:1 water/PVA glue wash? Very cheap, just mix it up and wash it on! It gives a water resistant highly durable floor with an interesting semi-gloss finish that will not scuff when you walk on it. If not why not? Give it a try...
