Cob: New edition of Companion

The 3rd edition of "The Cobber's Companion: How to Build Your Own
Earthen House" by Michael G. Smith will be available in January with
special introductory prices. The new edition includes four pages of
black and white photos and many corrections and updates, especially to
the chapters on mixing and building cob.  You can buy 2 copies, one for
yourself and one for a friend or your local library, for only $32 cash
($35 check), shipping included. Single copies are $20 cash, $23 check.
(The 2nd edition has been selling for $22 cash.)

Special rates for alumni of Cob Cottage workshops: 2 for $25 cash (28
check) Also, special bulk rates are available for 3 or more copies, a
great deal for selling at workshops and conferences.  Call for rates.
