Cob: Farmers Bulletin #1500 - rammed earth walls

I am still trying to locate a copy (original or photocopy) of Farmers 
Bulletin #1500.
It discusses using rammed earth for farm structures.  If any one has some 
leads or advice on how to get a copy, I could use their help.  Thanks--jbt
