ok I can't go much further, maybe after this building gets done I can 
learn spanish.

Any way. My definition of stabilized earth is I mix cement with the earth 
from the building site. It just so happens that my soil is mostly sand so
it's not that far from regular cement. If you have more clay, you might want to
add sand. That is if it's going to have any load bearing purposes.
