Cob COB in Missouri.

While I don't have any information on COB in Missouri, I think you'll find
the steps to proceed remain about the same. 

1. Check out the type of soil on the land. (do the bottle test to find out
   the percentage of clay and sand. 

2. If you're going to build, are you going to deal with building codes?

3. I've lived in Kansas City, and well the winters are such that if you want 
   to purchase and move in by May 1, 1999, well....it had better be a pretty
   small place, or have lots of help...if you plan on building with cob.
