Cob Houses to view?

I live in central TX too.  I know of two cob structures.  One you can
view on the web at:

The other was a project done on a ranch south of Austin a couple of
years ago.  They have had open house days before, and I'll bet it'll be
on the Greenbuilder's Tour coming up this fall.
