Cob Code approved cob & Fibrous cement

Being in the south, we just tried making a couple of blocks using 
some cement, peanut hulls and a some dirty sand. It's been a couple 
of days and it feels strong and light as well. We were making floor 
tiles out of them but I can see a where this could be expanded to be 
used as the fibrous (paper) cement mentioned earlier. 

We also grow a lot of cotton, I wonder how that would be added to 
some stucco?
